Similar to heroes found in other RTS games, this one-member unit is
an important add-on
to your army. Losing him does not result in losing the map itself.
An officer can call up a
parachute drop of either "Paras" or supply containers to
any point on the map. If he orders a
bombardment or artillery support to an area in FOW, he gets a damage

COMMISSAR (RUSSIAN)
Skill 1 - "Double portion of vodka" (passive):
Generally, the morale of soldiers continually changes (for example:
snipers & artillery
lower the morale of enemy infantry). All soldiers within sight of the
officer have a
maximum level of moral as opposed to the Normal level (morale modifying
effects
usually predominate .)
Skill 2 - Requisition (passive):
if the player captures a flagged building that is in sight of the officer,
he captures
a certain amount of resources from the enemy.
Skill 3 - Propaganda (active):
the Commissar can give orders to deploy a massive amount of propaganda
material
to be spread over a designated area, lowering the morale of enemy soldiers
significantly.
PARTISAN LEADER (RUSSIAN)
Skill 1 - Animal Instinct (passive):
this officer can spot any kind of unit which is crawling, hiding in
a building or a
forest, or camouflaged.
Skill 2 - Charismatic Leader (passive):
the level of the player's partisans rises by one (Max. 4).
Skill 3 - Partisan activity (active):
the officer demolishes all damaged enemy vehicles with an HP value
under 25 %.
SQUAD LEADER (RUSSIAN)
Skill 1 - Expert Crew (passive): when this officer is positioned
in his vehicle
he cannot be fatally injured. If the vehicle is destroyed, he and his
crew leave it
unharmed.
Skill 2 - Commando Tactics (passive):
this officer helps capture and secure every kind of special building
within his
range of vision 50% faster than regular troops can.
Skill 3 - Red Zeal (active):
any soldier within sight of this officer is protected from damage for
a limited
time. The disadvantage for the officer is that he suffers all the damage
his men are
spared.
ARTILLERY OFFICER (RUSSIAN)
Skill 1 - Eagle Eye (passive):
any piece of artillery this officer sits in increases its firing range
by +25%.
Skill 2 - Artillery Observer (passive):
each piece of artillery in this officer's field of vision gets a damage
bonus of 25%.
Skill 3 - Support fire (active):
this is the ability of calling up artillery support to bombard any
place within in his
field of vision.
ENGINEER (GERMAN)
Skill 1 - Field Repairs (passive):
any vehicle this officer travels in constantly regenerated.
Skill 2 - Acquiring Spare Parts (passive):
after destroying an enemy armoured vehicle, the player receives a small
amount
of resources.
Skill 3 - Control Goliath (active/auto):
the officer starts an explosive mini-tank (it cannot be selected and
is invulnerable).
The target must be within sight of the officer. Only one mini-tank
per officer can
be active at one time. In automatic mode, the tank is activated when
the officer is
under attack or is shooting at someone or something.
LUFTWAFFE GROUND OFFICER (GERMAN)
Specialty: Fliegerfaust (Flying Fist): effective against both air
and ground targets.
Skill 1 - Unit Recognition (passive):
this officer can recognize all false and concealed units.
Skill 2 - Air Suppression (passive):
all hostile infantry units suffer a decrease in their level by minus
1 if they are seen
by this officer (For levels higher than level 1).
Skill 3 - Provide Air Superiority (active):
for a limited time, all of the enemy aircraft on the entire map are
shot down by
Me-262s.
TANK ACE (GERMAN)
Skill 1 - Fortified Armour (passive):
lends a 95% increase in frontal armour to the vehicle he is sitting
in.
Skill 2 - Gunner Trainer (passive):
vehicles within sight of this officer get a +25% damage bonus.
Skill 3 - Dead Eye (active/auto):
when this skill is active the next shot fired from this officer's vehicle
will destroy
its target . In automatic mode, it is activated when the officer's
vehicle comes
under attack or when he shoots at the enemy. It has no effect on infantry
and
works only in armoured vehicles and AT guns.
VOLKSSTURM OFFICER (GERMAN)
Skill 1 - Respected Leader (passive):
friendly soldiers within sight of this officer are not affected by
morale-lowering
factors (morale-raising factors still work, they can only be lowered
by natural
decrease).
Skill 2 - Last Reserves (passive):
lowers the cost of Panzergrenadier units by 50%.
Skill 3 - Speer Method (active):
all unit producing factories in the vision of this officer finish their
current production
instantly.
SAS OFFICER (WESTERN ALLIES)
Skill 1 - Sabotage (passive):
all hostile production facilities that this officer can see 50% slower.
Skill 2 - Trained Paratroopers (passive):
the level of all paratroopers on the map increases by 1 (maximum 4).
Skill 3 - Para-drop (active):
a call for paratroopers (1 squad) land at the designated area. These
troops are an
elite squad! (level 4).
COMMUNICATION OFFICER (WESTERN ALLIES)
Skill 1 - Binoculars (passive):
a sight range bonus of 25% for the vehicle this officer sits in.
Skill 2 - Permanent Radio Contact (passive):
the purposes of special buildings within sight of this officer (radio
tower, radar
tower, airfield) can be used more frequently. (Building skills decrease
by -25%).
Skill 3 - Photo Recon (active):
for a limited time only! The FoW over the entire battlefield disappears
for the
player using this skill.
RANGER (WESTERN ALLIES)
Skill 1 - Respected Leader (passive):
friendly soldiers within sight of this officer are not affected by
morale-lowering
factors (morale-raising factors still work, they can only be lowered
by natural
decrease)
Skill 2 - Perfect Communication (passive):
the levels of all friendly infantry units within sight of this officer
increase by 1
(maximum 4).
Skill 3 - Lightning Strike (active/auto):
the officer occupies a hostile vehicle, its crew and officer die ).
In automatic
mode, the skill is activated when the squad approaches an enemy vehicle.
SUPPLY OFFICER (WESTERN ALLIES)
Skill 1 - Personal Influence (passive):
producing supply trucks becomes cheaper and faster. An increase of
+25%.
Skill 2 - Production Rationalization (passive):
production facilities within sight-range of this officer produce 15%
faster.
Skill 3 - Supply Drop (activate):
calls up a supply container, which lands next to the officer. Warning!
The supply
plane can be shot down!
MAQUISARD LEADER (FRENCH)
Skill 1 - Windwalker (passive):
all of your infantry moves silently, their detection range decreases
by -50%.
Skill 2 - Perfect Communication (passive):
the levels of all friendly infantry units within sight of the officer
increases by 1
(maximum 4).
Skill 3 - High Explosive (activate):
the unit installs a high explosive kit at its current position. The
kit can be blown
up or defused on the bomb interface. These explosives cause extra damage
to
buildings. Used on vehicles, the damage is critical.
