Who is developing Rush for Berlin?
Deep Silver has succeeded in recruiting a top outfit in Stormregion. The Hungarian design team is synonymous with sophisticated real-time strategy and stands for intelligent and complex mission design. Those familiar with RTS will be aware of other Stormregion classics, namely the Panzers® franchise and S.W.I.N.E.

What else will be new in Rush for Berlin?
Rush for Berlin differs from other real-time strategy games in that the only resource of importance is time, so you may produce as many units as you wish, but the completion date will depend heavily on the unit produced. This requires careful planning: Will you need several light tanks, or will the costly investment in the über-tank pay dividends? Apart from this new approach to resource management, Rush for Berlin features numerous special units. These officer units all come with unique capabilities, additionally increasing your tactical options.

What is Rush for Berlin actually about?
Rush for Berlin is the next bombshell waiting to shake up real-time strategy! You will have the unique chance to witness WWII from brand new perspectives. Breathtaking graphics will draw you into the story, as both the USA and the Soviet Union make their respective ways to Berlin. It is a race against time, demanding all your tactical savvy as leader of your troops. Make the most of your resources and the special abilities of your heroic officers in this exciting mixture of tactics and RTS, so that you will be the first to raise your flag over the Reichstag!

Which factions will be playable?
Americans, British, Russians, Germans, and French.

How many campaigns will there be?
Rush for Berlin will feature four campaigns plus a tutorial. One campaign will focus on the allied attack from the West, another on the Red Army and its march from the East. A fictional campaign will see a German counter-attack. Finally, in another campaign, you will take control of the French Resistance.

What exactly are the prototypes about?
Rush for Berlin is not a historical simulation. Instead, the aim of the game is maximum enjoyment! For this reason, many new units have been integrated into the game, units that have so far not been available for your WWII campaigns. Available units include the Panzerkampfwagen Maus, the radio- controlled Goliath or the giant self-propelled assault gun T28.

Which technology is used by Rush for Berlin?
Rush for Berlin utilizes the latest and advanced version of the Gepard Engine, which was also used for the Panzers® franchise. This time around, though, graphics were improved drastically: the engine now supports the latest pixel and vertex shader models, a wide range of effects (heat haze, real-time reflections on water surfaces, etc.) as well as complete dynamic rendering of shadows including self-shadow for geometrics, resulting in a completely new level of detail!
